Zirma is a cooperative, social and agricultural project that has been operating since 2021 from a town in the North of Lebanon. Due to the deterioration of living conditions that we are facing in Lebanon, basic needs such as fresh fruits and vegetables, milk, meat and eggs... are no longer available to a large number of families.

This is the reason behind the initiation of the Zirma project. Its aim is to stand by our people, and reduce the economic burdens that they are facing during these difficult times.

In order to achieve this goal, a number of people have given the Zirma youth their unutilized lands in order for them to reinvest in them.

The reclamation of these lands is the responsibility of the members of Zirma who are working at full capacity in order to secure an alternative solution to the crisis we are going through. The majority of Zirma members receive monthly or daily wages based on the hours they are working and the rest are volunteers.

The project's produce is sold at very low prices, and sometimes at cost price. Also a percentage of the produce goes to the land owners and Zirma members. The financial returns gained from the sales are re invested into Zirma.


This is done by reclaiming more lands, securing agricultural equipment, seeds and irrigation systems. We begin from our village in order to reinvest in our country.
